Description
The beetroot goes into the ash whole and unwrapped at four in the afternoon and comes out at eight. Nothing is added while it cooks. The walnut cream is loosened with the liquid the beetroot gives up, so the plate carries one flavour in two textures rather than two flavours arguing.
